Wrong deal activated

Myself and fianc? e tried to get a myGIGA20 on the 26th of March 2013.
Riyaadh helped us and explained the options as we wanted to make sure which package is best for us.
We thoroughly discussed the bundle and decided we could afford it as we do not need to purchase a dongle as well (Which was also weighed up)
Since the contract is in my fianc? e's name, I personally didn't check the paperwork that she signed.
When I activated that night, only to realise that a 2GB bundle was loaded.
When I phone the next day, he was off.
Tried phoning several times during the week and spoke to a Jason and Reggie who said, each time I phoned, that Riyhaadh was off.

Phoned yesterday to make sure that both Riyaadh and Reggie who I spoke to was there, and he assured me Riyaadh works from 8:30 to 5pm. Only to get there and Tyron told me he is in Houtbay for the week.

All I want is to change the contract like agreed in store and for some one to help me sort it out without empty promises. I addressed the manner as soon as I realized with no help from there side.
