On the Monday the 07/01/13 I went into a Nashua Mobile Gateway Durban (while on holiday) to upgrade my current contract. I chose the Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE on a Vodacom smartstandard 228 contract. They did not have this phone in stock so i had to wait till Wednesday 09/01/13 to collect my phone. Upon receiving the device I was told that it would take between 2-24 hours to activate the service. They had to do a sim swop because the new phone only uses micro sim cards.By Friday nothing had happened so before returning to Johannesburg I went back and was told that the consultant that issued the phone did not activate it on their system, He then done so and in a few hours my old Sim deactivated (while on the road back to Johannesburg) and the new sim never did. I returned the phone to NM in clear water (14/01/13) and was told that there is a problem with the device and that I will receive a new device in 5 days at my branch of choice. 21/01/13 received a call telling me my phone is ready for collection and I assumed it was sent to Sandton branch as I requested. I was told that my phone was never sent and is still at Clearwater and needs a 4gsim. Today at Clear Water they cannot find it??
