Last week, the car broke down 500km away from home and had to be towed to Toyota. They ordered the necessary parts, but unfortunately, the flywheel did not arrive with the rest of the parts. I patiently waited for its arrival, but now I have been informed that it is not included in tomorrow's delivery. When I asked for an estimated delivery date, the lady at Toyota informed me that she does not know.
I have spent a considerable amount of time waiting here, and I am feeling quite frustrated. At this point, I am unsure of what steps to take next.
