I have been trying to resolve 2 things with Nashua Mobile: 1) the non-delivery of customised billing and (2) information on which contract to move to.
I have visited the Nashua Mobile store in Norwood as well as Sandton City. Both have promised resolution and information to be sent to me - nothing has been received.
I decided to contact Nashua Mobile telephonically.
The first problem with this is that the number is 0861 with no option for a local number or cell phone number
The second problem is that when enquiring as to who I can contact to actually resolve my problem, I was advised to report it on Hello Peter for management to respond.
