I sent my Samsung fridge/freezer in for repairs to get the thermostat replaced as it constantly froze up which caused the fridge to completely stop working. The service agent (PMC electronics) collected my unit and proceeded repairing it but now refuses to release it as they claim the proof of purchase is not legible.

The unit is still under warranty but I had to get a reprint of the proof of purchase from Game Menlyn. The original copy from Game is perfectly legible but when scanned the quality is not great. The employees at PMC must be the rudest and most unhelpful people I've had to deal with.

I have a proof of purchase for a product that is still under warranty. How Samsung and their agents handle these documents are not supposed to be my problem. I've been without a fridge at home for a week now and if this is the process Samsung follows for after sales support I will NEVER buy your products again!
