My Blackberry Torch is not working took it in for repairs, I was then told that the phone is not under warranty anymore and that I need to pay R1600.00 for the repair of the phone. I only have the one contract with Vodacom on my name and have only received this one phone with the contract, I was told that they cannot trace that phone under my name, making me feel like I was lying and it could not be traced on the system. I keep on phoning the branch I gave the phone into and are being told that they will phone me back without that happening, when I phone back to ask why I get no feedback then I am told that they lost my details. Now I am being asked for proof of purchase??
