Since November 2012 my cell phone account, which I have had with Nashua Mobile since 1994, gets suspended on 20th of the month. Usually at 6 or just before their offices close. I go into their offices and it takes them hours of negotiation with Vodacom to get me reconnected. Nashua has no explanation for me and yet i can not cancell or transfer my contract. I am tied in and even though they are under performing I have no recourse. This is the 4th month in row. I have no comms on my bb tonight and have to go to nashua in the morning and plead to get my service going. Surely this is breach of contract and they are liable for compensation.
