Network problem with new phone

Last month I signed a new mobile contract with Nashua mobile. The phone worked fine for about a week and thereafter the internet service stopped working. Basically the new phone can only receive and send/make calls and sms's. The phone is an iphone5. The device itself was tested by nashua & they concluded it fine. The problem is network related. However for the last 3 weeks the phone has not had internet. I have done everything they said i should do. I have sent numerious emails & made lots of phone calls to understand when the network problem will be fixed. Now the staff there who i have contacts with have resorted to ignoring my calls and emails. I am in limbo because they wont tell me who i can escalate this problem to. I have even tried to see if i can cancel this contract but because it is new & a 24 month contract it is extremely expensive. Since I've signed this contract i've received the worst service from nashua and there's nothing i can do about it.
