Still no response to my query which was replied to by Samantha Solomon on 15/03/2013 @ 13h30 and the turn around time for this query was 24 to 48 hours hours. Its been days... I am waiting for a refund from Opera Telecoms where the request was sent by Samantha from Nashua (complaints dept). At first I was told nothing could be done, eventually Samantha could send a request to Opera Telecom requesting a refund. UP TO DATE... NO RESPONSE... UNHAPPY CLIENT... NUMBER PORTABILITY... because this is how clients of 12 years plus is treated by Nashua. I have no option but to pay my account as if I do not then I will be blacklisted. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
