13 HOURS of STRUGGLING

1 week, 10 stops at Vodacom/Nashua Mobile/Blackberry shops, 13 HOURS WASTED and R220 later.
I got a Blackberry Z10, and been pushed from pillar to post. I went to Blackberry in Menlyn Shopping centre yesterday afternoon only to be asked to come back this morning at 9am as the network was busy, the guy told me the Software update would be free. This morning 9am I was there, 5 hours later, STILL the same problem (needed my contacts to be transferred to the new phone) and they made me buy my own data which cost me R220 WHICH is unacceptable, the phone is brand new and needed an update. I am just SO frustrated with the whole experience, TIME wasted and money I had to spend after I was told it would be FREE.
