CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

This is my third issue request, to MTN - this has just been logged - lets see how long it takes - REQ:1934309

REQ:1820934 - logged 27/02/2013 - no response to date
REQ:1861290 - logged 07/03/2013 - no response to date
REQ:1868288 - very automated response by MTN

Thing is I have requested similar information from cell c well after my initial log with MTN and the Cell C issue has been put to bed ages ago... strange this is, I was going to cancel my Cell C contracts, but, my 3 x MTN contracts are going to be ported to Cell C when the time arises, well done MTN, you have only yourself to thank - excellent service guys (sarcasm).

Eventually collected my phone 1 and 3/4 months later (thumbs down guys) after I took initiative to go to the store to rant and rave - Terrible how I spend around R700-00 pm at MTN and the service I receive is 0...

Please lets have this issue partnership terminated as quickly as possible terrible when I have 2 x 1year contracts and 1 x 20 months contracts remaining with MTN
