I placed an order for a laptop yesterday and was informed by the consultant That i have 7 contracts with Cell c and as i understood it That makes my point scoring low or i dont have enough points and That it Must be sent for validating and motivation? I have 3 Cellphone contracts and 1 data Contract, that EQUALS 4??? my router im still waiting for as i ordered the hauwei e586 and was sent a zte Mf10 router, and a myzone 3G24w-c router? Both Times i logged a case That it was the incorrect items and why was i sent 2 routers? Now according to Cell c i have 7 contracts??? I am very disappointed because i was very proud to be a part of the 3rd, but best Cellular network but now im not so sure anymore? Ive tried to sort it out but when i ask to speak to the manager hes always not at his desk or Busy with a customer? it seems as though its one thing after another lately, not long ago I received a faulty sim card and eventually when it came I received 2? I cant help but wonder what is going on there, its actually such a shame but this is reflecting badly on my name, I definitely do NOT have 7 contracts with cell c, the wrong items sent to me have been activated!! what now?
