To find the correct contact centre, getting through to someone that is actually interested in helping you, is ALWAYS a nightmare with MTN. I have now interacted with three different agents and three alternative website contacting methods with MTN. All seem tedious. All take long. No one REALLY wants to help. One always have to re-explain one's sad story over and over and over again from one incompetent/lazy/non-motivated agent to the next. All I want to know is why am I suddenly not receiving 3G. Perhaps MTN would have known why, had they known how to provide a service in the first place...
