I signed for a 2 iphones on the 19th Feb 2013, and to date have had no notification of when i will get my phones! I was told a week ago that i would have the phones but this did not happen due to stock issues! (I am sorry but that is not my problem! Cell c should have made sure they could supply enough phones!)
I have just managed to get through to cell c direct to find out when i will get the phones and they now tell me the contracts were cancelled! I did not cancel the contracts!??? are you kidding me Cell C! i wonder if the CEO of Cell C knows how rubbish the service is or maybe he is the problem!
Cell C cannot tell their customers when they will receive thier phones and all the agent in the call centre says is we dont know when we will get stock we must just wait! I am on hold waiting to speak to a manager and i will probably just get the phone put down in my ear!
I would not be surprised if Cell C is no more in the future, especially if they carry on this way!
Cell C CEO read the Hellopeter site and do your job! sort out your customers issues and earn your big salary! Remenber we pay your salaries!!!
If i dont get a response in 24 hours i will cancel the contracts!
