Cell is got poor service. Since October to date I have been complaining about one issue and it's not resolved. I dnt know how many people I talked to.i requested them to cancel the two contracts I never applied for.and refund me. It seems like am asking something that has never been done before.instead of cancelling the two contracts they cancelled the one that they were not supposed To cancel .instead of having two contracts I have one my question is how are they going to debit the second contract and if they don't debit they day they discovered that they made a mistake who is going to be responsible for those missing instalment .am very disappointed at cell c I don't think I will recommend it.
