Cell c customer service id terrible

I purchased a data package from cell c via FNB.I called on numerous occasions to cancell this package when i received it and realised that it was not what i had requested, which was that they have an existing cell c number ported to the new sim card that was sent. My initial call requesting cancellation was never logged! i called many times after that and was left holding on for more that 30 - 45 minutes at a time (one can not hold the line for that long whilst being at work). Voice prompts advise u 2 send an email for some one to contact you so i sent approx 5 emails and everytime i emailed i would receive a reply saying that a consultant will contact me within 24 - 72 hours (no one ever calls back) i eventually called from my husbands cell c number on the 31st of May & was able to hold on, i got through after holding for over an hour and after speaking to more that 7 people was directed to Alfred Tshesani who listened to my situation and confirmed that the package would be cancelled with imediate effect and refund of the months that i was debited would be done within 14 working days (again this call was never logged) my last call on the 19 june was logged but no response yet
