I upgraded 1 of my contracts a few weeks ago 079 635 0164, I took the package of the Samsung S3 Mini and the package is R269.00 per month. The gentlemen as the Keywest branch told me that he have set my account to be debited with a R100.00 every month for 250 My meg data bundles and it will be debited every month. I asked him if I go over the 250 My meg will the account be blocked and he said no it will then be debited on my normal contract of 0828591170.
I asked him if I can set the limit that if I go over the 250 my meg that it should be blocked, he told me yes it can be done but I should phone the customer service dept to arrange for that. Today I phoned the customer service department and I were told yet it can be done but it will block everything on my account. If I go over R250 sms's or free minutes it will be blocked. I was given the incorrect information by the guy at the Keywest branch.
I will also log a compliant with the NCR to take this matter further.
