I have a contract with Virgin Mobile - Samsung Galaxy S3 for the amount of R350 per month. This includes R300 airtime 300MG of data and 30sms's a month... as signed by myself and a consultant. In November 2013 they blocked my sim card for no reason, and did not contact me at all. After so many attempts on trying to get through to them, I eventually did, and they then told me that my account is in arrears due to the debit order getting rejected... I paid the R700 for them to unblock my sim card as that is what they stated that I owed..However, In December they debited R 1 413.49 from my account, instead of the agreed amount of R350, with no warning, and then to top it off, they blocked my sim card yet again... From the 6th of January 2014 up until today the 3 February 2014, I have sent them 6-emails, phoned them 3 times for someone to please give me an answer as to why they are debiting so much money from my account and no response. Today the 3rd of February 2014 they have debited R1200 from my account and still no response from them as to why they are doing this!! I have now decided to take legal action!
