Good day,
I write this here on this website as I feel this is the only way my matter will get any attention. I recently upgraded my contract from a blackberry to a Samsung S4 and I did this on line. With my package I'm suppose to get 300MB a month, I started using the phone on the 3rd of August 2013 if memory serves me right.
A few weeks ago I had a query with vodacom because when my bill came it said I needed to pay R1739 which is a bit exorbitant for me, upon querying with them, they told me that the high bill is because of my data bundles that I used on my new phone, when I asked about the 300MB that I should get? I was told that that they would only start giving them to me from September, my argument with them was that no where on their website do they say that further I still have an SMS from them advising me that I have 300MB for August so how does it now become 1st of September only. I spoke to data consultant and was given this reference number S3-T0G3U-UDTGF, they would then come back to me in 14 days..what is annoying me is they have today debited the amount I'm querying, worse my debit order always goes off on the 3rd, no one has come back, this is underhanded tactics!
