If you have any queries on your phone been blocked due to credit limited reach in the case where your contract is for Red Limitless package don't expect help from the customer services i just want to know what is the use of paying R1999.99 for Red Limitless if your network is still going to be blocked of due to credit limit reach how does that work. Your phone gets blocked 4 times in one week and when you go in to the store they sort it out for you but 8 hours later it is blocked again WHAT THE have to pay the account each month just to carry around and just look at it because i cant use the thing!!!
