On the 3March 2013, I Juline went to Vodashop Tygervalley where I wanted to find out about an upgrade, I was told by Marc I'm due for an upgrade. I explained to him that I want to use my existing MTN number after I have cancelled my MTN contract, he told me its fine I can do the upgrade but in the meantime I should use my existing vodacom sim in the new handset for should anything go wrong with the handset within 7days.
It took a month for the cancellation, on my return to vodacom he CLAIM that he cant remember anything about our conversation and ONLY then he told me I cant port on an existing LINE.
This is a huge inconvenience for me as everything revolves around my MTN number and I want my MTN number on my vodacom simcard.
