I just found out that Vodacom has cheated me!!! Disgusted!! My other number 0820819075 has expired last year September and Vodacom has been conveniently debiting my account for R135 since, No courtesy call to notify me, not even a new handset was offered to me. I want this number cancelled and I want a refund for the past six months asap. I don't even use this number. This is outrageous for such a big company like yours not to have any values or ethics, I wonder how many customers have become prey to this... In today's times, you need to communicate, not everyone has the time to be monitoring their bank statements and vodacom invoices, if you do not refund my money, please advise on steps to take this complaint further or do I have no recourse. I have been a customer for 10 years or more and my average spend per month is around R900 and this is how you treat me???
