I upgraded my handset on 2013-11-23 to a Z10 and the Z10 handset was returned to the 4 U Vodacom store on 2013-11-24.
On phoning your store on 2013-12-06 my handset was still not returned and I was informed that nothing was wrong with the handset, although two employees of the store verified that it was not correct before issuing an OBF.
The stores manager Sebastiaan assured me that my upgrade will be cancelled and that he will contact me. Which has not happened. The service of this franchise is going to make Vodacom loose customers as Sebastiaan did not even try to resolve the issue. He just told me that he will cancel the upgrade. Can someone from Vodacom please just ensure that he does his job and inform me when this upgrade will be cancelled.
