I lost my phone and bought a new simcard had it rica and wanted to get old number back after 3days I eventually got thru to someone in the callcentre that just said sorry i had to do it within 24h so I need to get a new sim again!!!
I bought another sim had it rica again but once again they cant help!!!
Why do I need to rica if I give all my details and still you cant help me!!!
Your call centre was very arrogant and UNHELPFULL!!!
