I were receiving really bad service from telkom and decided to take up the offer from mweb to manage my telephone line. Since they took over I laid a complaint with them and al they did was to log a fault with telkom. That is not managing a line. I were supose to pay them for isp service as well as my line but still get bills from telkom which I have to pay.? So currently I have to pay Telkom this month R 101 as well as mweb R 899 for a service I dont have due to the fact that I get no service from telkom and no assistance from mweb. This has been going on for 3 month.
