Lack of communication with service providers

Our telephone line went down and we lodged a fault with mweb and telkom. Mweb says telkom does not respond so will take 1-6 days. Telkom reports they have looked into it. The mweb consultant was rude on the phone when we followed up. Now we are still without a line or internet indefinitely!
