Confusing messages

Did apply for ADSL line through mweb. DSL line activated but no mweb account yet. Frustrating because Telkom took a few days to activate. Now Mweb say 10 days to transfer line from Telkom to MWEB.

Still waiting for the call back which was promised on Monday.

Personal feeling now is MWEB is bad choice.
