I logged a fault with MWEB in July for an intermittent ADSL line, and as per their policy, Telkom will send a technician out within 7 working days (they have a deal with telkom). After 7 working days, upon contacting MWEB again, they claim that Telkom has closed the fault, so they will have to re-open the fault and you have to wait the 7 day cycle again. This happened 3 times already, regarding the same problem.
RATHER USE TELKOM AS AN ADSL PROVIDER, AS MWEB ARE INCOMPETENT AND BLAME TELKOM FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE.
Mweb after sales service is shocking and a joke! It has taken almost two months to date and still pending, to sort out my problem!!!
