Unable to Close Telkom Account due to Mwe

In April Of 2013 I requested Mweb transfer the ADSL line back to Telkom. I moved out of the premises in September 2013 that I was renting.

I tried to cancel the line with Telkom and was told that they could not do so as the ADSL line was active with Mweb. Various phone calls over the last few months have resulted in a loop of Mweb insisting the line has been transferred back to to Telkom and Telkom insisting the line is with Mweb.

Currently Telkom is billing me for the line monthly, that I am unable to close due to a lack of communication between the two companies. Telkom is unwilling to assist leaving it all up to Mweb, and despite repeated calls to Mweb have not managed to get them to resolve the issue.,

I am resorting to this forum in the hope that I can get some closure to this ongoing saga.
