Poor service- Had to hold for 40mins

After an upgrade gone bad and 6yeas of horrible service from Nashua Mobile i am attempting to cancel my contract after it expired. The rententions department is unable to provide me with and information and just transfers me to the cancelation department. where i have spent 40min holding for assistance. Clearly NM is not interested in helping a customer that they have already lost. Callcentre staff are incompotent and unhelpfull of simply does not have the knowledge or tools to assist the customer. If the website worked i might have been able to get the documents from it but i have been unable to view my account online for over 2years now.
