Mweb or Telkom??
My Telkom line was installed on 7 December 2013. I contacted Mweb (Anthea) to confirm installation and for them to covert the line to ADSL. Received an sms from Mweb on 12 December 2013 to confirm the ADSL line is complete. I have not had Internet since then. I phoned Mweb, they pass the blame to Telkom. I phoned Telkom, they pass the blame to Mweb. I am sending this message from my Vodacom dongle, as I have no Internet. from Mweb. I have been phoning Mweb every second day, logging a complaint. I receive promises, and absolutely no feedback... Nothing is happening. Telkom warned that charges will be levied for every call out.. I am in the middle. Who do I pursue, Telkom or Mweb?? I am paying a service to Telkom and Mweb, and not receiving any service. Do I also pass the buck when it comes to paying bills?? for services not rendered?? Just a thought ....
