To whom it may concern
I would like to lodge a complaint about my data account for the following cell number 072 989 5298 which was deactivated.
I had a debit order on my credit card account. My bank replaced my credit card before it expired due to a suspected security breach. Everything else remained the same in terms of the account number and the card number. Vodacom stopped debiting my account. When I enquired I was told that my card had expired and anyway Vodacom does not debit credit card accounts anymore. I was asked to give an alternative account which they can debit and my account with Vodacom is in arrears. I gave a cheque account which was debited with the outstanding amount of about R 1 800 at the end of March 2013. I then realized that I could no longer connect to the internet using the 3G card. I called Vodacom and after being sent from pillar to post was told that my SIM card has been deactivated. I was told I need to go to a Voda shop, fill in forms and buy a blank SIM card to have my account activated. I have not had the chance to do that as I do not have time. These are the numbers I called trying resolve this problem and every time I was referred from one
