As on the 23-05-2013 to the 24-5-2013 my vodamail email was not working as it requested an email password, after almost 2 days of struggling the email was working again after several phone calls to vodamail. (this happened on month end very bad timing) today (05-06-2013) vodamail email down again with the same error message? This on year end. I phoned this morning very early to resolve this matter, as the lady didn't even know there was a problem its 09:13 still no feedback or an ref number for my call?? This is bad service from Vodacom as this is happening more and more!
