I registered at Pick n Pay online 3 years ago.
Three days ago I tried to purchase online, but could not remember my password or user name. I email the "contact" us people and asked for the details. They sent me my username and the email address thats registered to my name.
I then went online and wanted to change my password, but the email address they're sending it to does not exist anymore -so I will not receive it.
I then asked the via email to the "contact us" to please change the registerd password.
I had no response. I can not re-register, because the system recognise my ID as being registered.
I am hectic busy on a project and need to order goods URGENTLY, but I do not get help!
I've also tried to phone the call centre 4 times, but each time I put the phone down after being in the que for ever.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE is there ANYONE out there to help me to get online and shop with Pick n Pay!!!
