Cellphone account is hacked

My cellphone account was exceptionally high over the past two months. I also descovered that there was a voicemail activated on my account by Sipho. I had this cellphone number since 1999. It was a Blue Bean Cellphone contract that was taken over by Nashua in 2001. My question was how it is possible for Sipho to have a voicemail on my number and how it is possible for this person to have access to my account at Nashua. The answer was that no one else can access my account by myself and Justin phoned someone and asked them to delete the voicemail, after I asked him to give me a new number as it is evident that my account has been hacked and that there is a security problem on Nashua's side. He said that they can not see how activated the voicemail as it was done over the internet. I know that you have to provide a email address and pinnumber to access account details on the internet. So how is this possible. i want Nashua to provide me with a new number and simcard without cost to myself as this is clearly a security bridge on their side. I also get billed for data that I did not use (as I did not use up the bundle but was billed) Justin could not explain this to me.
