Email problems yet again

Wednesday 6th march 2013. Like last time a screen appeared out of the blue asking for username and password. User name is displayed but password disguised. Whatever password I tried nothing would get rid of the screen. Due to no telkom lines in the area I drove to Midlands Mall Telkom's shop on Thursday. Eventually got through to a consultant who assured me there was nothing wrong with the account, it was a Telkom problem. On Saturday still the same problem so back to Telkom Direct and after a 45 min wait on the phone eventually got to speak to a consultant who said he was unable to track either my username or email address! Gave him my account number which he manged to find some details. Then he said if I wanted just the email address I should fill in a form and apply for it. The fact that I'd done all that in December and have been using the email address since then seemed to be off the computer. So situation unresolved and no email connection yet again
