Lumia 920 - How many more replacements?

Hi,

I'm going to make this clear and simple. Bought a sealed Lumia 920 (which was an OBF replacement), someone had the Lumia 920 replaced and received the one i bought, sealed. I opened that box and started using the phone, WITHIN 7 Days, this unit's screen became faulty. I took that unit to Vodacare, was refused the OBF because the sealed box was 2 weeks old - PATHETIC VODACOM - the unit had been switched on for less than 7 days. Picked up my phone on Thursday March 21/03/2013, within 3 DAYS, i have returned it to VodaCare, problems with the the screen, flickering, battery ran flat while showing 50% left.

In simple timeline:

1. Handed in a Lumia 920 - faulty screen
2. Roughly 2 Weeks later, collected a REPLACEMENT Lumia 920 IMEI: 354149052423545
3. Less than 3 DAYS later handed in IMEI: 354149052423545 - Faulty Screen Flickering and Major battery issues.
4. Current Job Number Is: 8716314-45143372

Here's how we handle it:

1. My cell number is 0824945779 - Look at my history with you, look at my average spend, look at my HISTORY with Vodacom.
2. Just credit me for the Lumia 920, i don't want another one. Let me get something that works, i have been without a phone for too long.
