To whom it may concern:

I upgraded from Blackberry Curve to Nokia Lumia 610 in September 2012, this was the worst thing I could have done. The phone has given me problem after problem, recently it has spent 2 months in 'repairs's. I assumed the word 'repair' was self explanatory, however this phone is still not 'repaired'! I took it back after the first month and did not pay the R584 and something cents I was billed- a billing I did not understand as the phone was diagnosed with battery problems, which it does not have-how do I know this? Well I finally paid for the phone on Saturday the 26th of October and it worked whilst I was in the store, but Monday morning (28th October 2013)- it was back to its old antics (by the way it was fitted with a new battery now). It still vibrates itself on and off- does not come on, just a vibrate and Nokia appears on the screen shortly before it switches off (the battery was on 76%)-don't even get me started on the battery as this phone refuses to charge instantly it has to be coaxed and begged (another thing I said at the store and my complaint was diagnosed as a battery fault, yet it does this even now- it did on Saturday as soon as I arrived home
