STILL NO DATA ACCESS AFTER 5 WEEKS

I have now written 3 reports on this and i still do not have any data connection. I was left without a connection on the 17th of Febr 2013. All I get is how sorry Vodacom is, but no person with any authority can be contacted that can solve my data connection.
After 4 weeks a person comes out from network and sees that it is the Vodacom booster's power supply that is broken. i am told that it would be fixed on this past Monday or Tuesday of this week. Guess what - it has not been fixed and the call center can still not refer me to anyone with any authority to deal wit this problem. Their promise of calling me back within 20 minutes also never happens.
VODACOM _ YOU ARE HOPELESS!!!
