Hi I have a Mtn contract from 1995 I was due for a upgrade I took the Sony z1 it was faulty so it went for repairs the cell was examined and all the faults was ticked off

On collecting the phone after two weeks the gave me back the Cell with physical damage and told me that the warranty is over because of the physical damage

I did not accept the cell they have it still in there possession I told then I can not accept that phone because I did not damage that phone

On the form that they gave me we checked the phone together and there was no damage I still have the form that states that there was no physical damage to the phone when Mtn lenasia took it in for repairs

Mtn lenasia are not interested in helping me I told them if I do not get joy out of there service I will do a stop payment and move to another service provider
