From MTN feed back from previous complaint. REQ 1908448. Respond 19 March 2013 Contact person Aadil.
Person ask me t0 provide him with more information regarding my query.
So here explaing to 14th time
First complaints was lodge 3 December acount A0196708. Could you explain roaming cost for the following
4:01 R231
2:35 R469
1:33 R469
4:55 R111 - Ps I still have e-mail proof.
Fisrt reply after phoning several times.
15 Feb 2013 from Kerry Moodley. Please find REQ1765606 I have escaleted threw to our billing department (in short)
Reply from Kerry Moodley 21 Feb - in short stating that the chargers are valid and correct. Replied on this e-mail 0n 24 Feb stating I am not happy with this reply. No reply's from this person.
I then manage to get hold of Phindile [Email Removed] After explaining my problem he said that mtn could not provide me how they calculated the data use and that I must contact the Ombudsman. Cell 0832092667/78 e-mail [Email Removed]
I then phone and e-mail this number and mail just to find out that both of these was wrong. I email Phindile on the 14 March and informed him that he gave me the wrong e-mail and cell number - no reply to date
