I have sent the TFG company an e-mail on the 3rd of April, stating that they are now billing me for an sms as well as a letter for skipping one months payment. Firstly, a person from your company phoned me to state the obvious that my account was one month overdue. I then told the person that I will pay at the end of the month. Directly after that I received a sms stating exactly the same thing. A few days later I received a letter in the TFG envelope with only my name and address and nothing else. I threw this useless piece of information away.
Now, I want to know, why can you not send an e-mail which is free of charge and not bill me with R2.28 for a sms fee, and also, did you have to really overkill by sending a letter as well? AND then have the cheek to charge me R17.10 for this letter? In my e-mail on the 3rd I also requested that you give me proof where I allowed you to debit my account with any charges other than for the items I purchased (the interest charged I have no problem with at this stage). Please reply soonest as there is obviously no one going to reply to my e-mail. Maybe I should start charging you for non response, and wasting my time???
