ON 6 JUNE I SENT ANOTHER E-MAIL WHICH WAS ONLY ANSWERED ON THE 11 JUNE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE WAITING FEEDBACK FROM THE FIELD NETWORK TECHNICIANS. I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING AND WISH TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND HAVE ALL MONIES REFUNDED TO ME WHICH I HAVE PAID SO FAR. SERVICE CALL ID 1799358.
