I EFT my normal R350 subscription this morning as Cell c just took my airtime last moth for the money the recon I owe. I just now received the following sms from Cell C: Hi yr Cell C acc is in arrears and has been sent to the intermediate Recoveries dept for collection. Pls make urgent payment within 24 hrs as we are in the process of suspending yr service and blacklisting your handset. Pls note that yr credit record has been negatively affected due to non-pmt. Cell C you are a bunch of. I have been trying to sort out this query for months, but because of your incompetent staff was not able to solve it. I refused to pay without proof of how they get to the amount, now I have semi proof but don't know into what acc to pay. Sisa does not reply if I e-mail him, so who's the in this fairytail...
