Generally bad service!

I have a VMSA contract. My Nokia C7 (my office and life) is not working (SMS's only get delivered upon restarting & the phone is hanging all the time& battery life went from 1.5 days to less than 1/2a day, overnight!!). I went to one of their TWO stores in Western Cape. I was told to contact customer services&they'd pick it up&lend me a phone. I called to arrange, but VMSA told me that they don't have any loaner phones. The 'champ' didn't even try to find a solution. Does VMSA have a policy of wanting UNHAPPY clients? I pay good money each month, only to be told NO! Asking to speak to a manager doesn't work as they never call back. I called again& now the day manager said that the earliest I can get a loaner is in 6 days! Are they not a phone company?! I asked to speak to HIS manager. Apparently VSMA doesn't give a! No call back! Im still waiting&feel its only right that VMSA organise me a loaner ASAP, while I wait however long it takes to fix my phone!! Maybe VMSA doesn't care about their clients? maybe its time for me to change supplier! Im still waiting for VMSA to help me - but it seems they don't care about their customers! Worst customer service EVER!
