I wrote a query about not receiving my Edgards account via e-mail as requested many times in-store and per e-mail. I received one e-mail requesting my details (after I provided my account number in the initial e-mail, what more do they need???). I responded with my Id Number and contact details, no reply. Tried again. No reply. Getting fed up with the support Edgars is showing. Can someone please assist me herein.
