For the last 4 months I had "content charges" added to my account. Upon quering it with the local MTN office I was told to contact MTN business interaction on0831238900. They told me that I am subscribed to some service (which I am not, I never gave permission and I do not receive anything from the provider in question) and I must contact them my self to cancel it. The company in question is SMS net trading as Samber Trading. I phoned them in 012 3425085 and when I asked for proof of subscription the lady said that she does not provide proof and that they will not refund me the money for the last few months, then she put the phone down in my ear. I subsequenlty sent MTN an e-mail explaining my concern on [Email Removed] but nobody bothered to come back to me. My ref no for this query is 5688896. It is of great concern to me that somebody can take money from my account through MTN's billing system, yet can not provide me with proof of subscription, and that MTN allows this. Further more that MTN cannot even reply to my e-mail (I did get an auto reponse to my e-mail stating that somebody will contact me soon)
