I orderd a Telkom ADSL installation and it was installed around 18 december, but the technicl installer mentioned to me that there is a problem at the hub and he it should be sorted out in a few hours.
This did not happen. On 3 January I asked my PA to call Telkom to log the complaint..we did not hear from them.
I then logged the complaint on their website with the reference number117CWK120113. Still have not heard from them.. they just leave you hanging dry... why does it always have to get to this? why can they not call you back and sort this out and keep you informed?
I require this ADSL line for business!!
if this problem is not sorted out by close of business Friday, I will go with another solution and never ever want to deal with Telkom again.
