I am not even going to repeat myself after I have done so several times within the last 24 hrs. I don`t think Telkom has staff that is competent enough to assist clients. My ADSL line was installed by a technician who complaint the whole time about his lunch hour. The installation was done in an untidy way. That aside, it was only working from Wednesday until Sunday. This is a business line and has dropped completely. Now, the one department blame the other and still we have no satisfaction. I have to hear that the installation is not finalized and that someone is attending to it. Next time I call, no one know nothing. Installation says it is a technical fault and the technical department says it is an installation issue. No one knows. I am just being sent from pillar to post for SEVERAL times. I am paying for what? a lack of competence or uneducated staff that can`t seem to fix a problem seeing that they were only taught A, B, C and none of them can think outside the box! I need this ADSL sorted as it is influencing my business. It is a business line after all.
