SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY FROM CELL C

I am not very happy with the service that I have received from Cell C regarding my repairs to my phone.

For more than three weeks I was told that there was a problem with the bbm network and they where going to sort the problem out. I phoned on numerous occasions and was not helped properly. I had to resort in phoning someone in management who told me that it was indeed my unit. Had I been told this from the beginning I would have fallen in with the expiry on the warantee. Now Cell C wants to charge me for the repairs!!!

After numerous phone calls even to the Repairs supervisor, who promised me he would phone me back the next day... well that was more than a week ago.

After more than 9 weeks i still have not been assisted. Cell c gives you the run around until your warantee expires.
